Start using your old software again |

assumes you previous owned and used one of our Products or Services and that
your download service is no longer active - click
here if your download account is still active)

If you previously used
PrimeCharts
charting programs (Market Master or Market Explorer) and you now wish to start downloading and displaying up to
date charts, you can do so very easily do so by following the steps below.
If
you used our MetaStock or Omega/SuperCharts/TradeStation data feed to maintain a MetaStock/Omega format database
for use with non-PrimeCharts charting software the same steps are applicable.
You need to
re-activate your download service and then refresh your existing program setup (or re-install a fresh copy) with an Online program installation. This is
a fully online process, and you can be up and running within
a 10 to 20 minutes (Internet speed dependant).
When you re-activate your download, a small refresh/installation fee is also levied and an invoice will be automatically sent to you
after your credit card is debited.
In order to perform a refresh/repair to an existing installation or a fresh installation on a new computer, please follow the steps listed below or have the Restart a data feed subscription PDF available from the
Documentation option of the Download menu of
this web site emailed to you.
1: Log on to the online site https://online.primecharts.com (or click on the Links menu and select User Online Area).
If you have not
logged on before you may need to register by clicking the Set Up a New Account
link on the right.
2: Once logged in, do not order a program refresh. A full refresh/re-installation
of your software is included when you re-activate your download.
3: You will need to have valid, up to date credit card details registered so that you can be re-activated immediately. If needed, click on the 'Manage Credit Card' link on the Home screen to enter or update your credit card details.
4: Next click on the 'Subs.' tab and a list of the program downloads registered to your
account are displayed.
5: If you have a download account for more than one stock exchange or for more
than one computer, select which
exchange or computer download account needs to be re-activated and then click
the corresponding 'Renew' link.
Confirm the transaction at the next screen.
6: Your credit card will be debited for your first month's download subscription
and the nominal refresh fee. An invoice will
be sent to you, along with a further e-mail containing full details on setting
up your system online. You will be up and running just a few minutes later.
7: If you have not registered your credit card with us, you will be prompted to
do so as part of the above process.
8: If your registered credit card details are not valid and the transaction is
not authorised, you will need to repeat the process from step 3 to correct your card
details
